Exhibition: Muse Artique

Exhibition: Muse Artique

This will be a exhibition booth that will be showing the concept of a designer boutique, Muse Artique. The boutique in itself allow young and upcoming designers to own a space inside it for them to display their apparels.

The feature wall will have blocks that can be rearranged to the designer's preference. This will allow the designer to have the freedom of changing how the apparels can be display.

On top of that posters and descriptions can also be mounted on to this blocks.

Furniture: Winger Lounge

This is a piece of furniture that i have designed. The concept of it is based on the wings of a bird. The seating portion flex as the user lay on it, just like the wings of a bird.

Here are the images

This picture shows the lounge at rest

Retail: Viz and Co

Here is a retail project of a ladies' boutique.

The location will be within Millienia Walk.. The proposed shop lot is near the “Great Hall” which has a high number of people passing throught it.

The aim will be to try to attract the human traffic towards the boutique.

The concept of stages is about trying to break up the experience in the space. into different stages. The boutique will have different sections each focusing on a particular range of apparels. One of the reason for this is because when people are picking up clothes they tend to pick a particular piece and try to match the rest to it. Most boutique already divide the spaces up to house different ranges. However there is usually very little or none to suggest to the customers which area they are at. My aim will be to use elements fixed or moveable to give the customers a clear indication of what range of clothing that particular area is showcasing.

Here are some images of the design

Landmark: Suspend

Project: Landmark located at EAST COAST PARK.
Concept: Suspend

The aim was to create a pavilion for the joggers and parker goers of East Coast Park. Providing a shelter from the sun and the rain. As well as creating a landmark to for people to meet up due to the lack of easily recongnise meeting spot.

Thus, the design of the landmark will have to be of a certain high to be able to be seen from a distance. The concept has led me to create a pavilion which will have the second level suspend above the sand.

A view from the beach.

Another shot of it. The landmark will stand at a height of about 4-5 metres

An interior shot

An shot of the landmark during sunset.

A walk-thru of the landmark

The landmark is constructed with 2 concrete beam for support. the beam will lean back 40 degree to support the second level. Another 2 support beam will keep the shap of the structure.
